Quankai runs a 12,000 m² bamboo and wood production base in Lishui, Zhejiang. Cutting, forming, sanding, oiling and packing happen under one roof — cutting boards, storage, bath and desk pieces, made on our own lines and exported through our own office and showroom in Yiwu.

Where a SKU contains wood components, we hand you the bill-of-materials split instead of a vague assurance.

That shapes how we work. Western European buyers ask about food-contact reports and finish; North American buyers ask about Lacey Act species data and retail packaging. We answer both without being reminded, because we ship to both every month.

01 — The factory
Two hours south of Yiwu, close to the bamboo growing areas of south-west Zhejiang. Raw material in at one end, sealed cartons out at the other: cutting, forming, sanding, oiling, branding and packing in sequence on one site. Nothing is outsourced, which is why a photo of the sample room is also a photo of the production floor.

How we work
You deal with the Yiwu office, not with a trader in between. Quotations, samples, export documents and inspection all sit with the same team — while every piece is made on our own line in Lishui.
Send a drawing, a photo or a retail sample. We tell you straight whether it suits our line, and quote FOB within two working days.
Stock shapes sampled in days, custom tooling in 15–20. Food-contact testing arranged with SGS or Intertek before bulk, not after.
Laser engraving, silk screen, colour box, kraft sleeve, hang tag, barcode, FBA-compliant cartons — all handled at the plant, not farmed out to a third party.
AQL 2.5 on our own line, defect photo report before the container is booked, loading and seal photographed under supervision.

The showroom
Our showroom is in Yiwu International Trade City, District 6, Gate 132 — Shop 73333, 3rd floor. The same market your other suppliers are in, which is why buyers compare finishes here and take samples away the same day.
Give a taxi driver "District 6, Gate 132, shop 73333" and you will be dropped at the right entrance — the market has five districts and 75,000 shops, so the shop number matters more than the street. Walk-ins are welcome; send your category list a day ahead and we will have the samples pulled, plus a colleague who speaks English.
